Surgery Update

Update at 10:30 - Surgery going well. The prayers are working. I personally feel so much peace. Thank you for all the responses and support. We are trying to keep our heads up. God is in control and He is amazing. I'm sure Troy is doing better than me at this point. He is so strong. I am so lucky to be married to such a wonderful, Christian man. God has blessed me so much.
God Bless.
Alicia

  1. Still praying . . . I sent you guys a card too and it arrived on Thursday. So hopefully you got it! If not, I'll send another one soon. Praying that you feel wrapped up in God's love, grace, and comfort today as you wait.

  3. Just to let you know that I have been in prayer much the last two days for your whole family. Also for Drs and nurses as they administer care to Troy. May the Lord wrap His arms around each of you and you feel His comfort and presence.

  4. We have been pray and continue to pray that God's hands be upon all involved. As well as the peace of God that passes all understanding to be upon Troy and the entire family. Alicia and Troy I want you both to know what an example you have been to me for the faith in God that you have both displayed through this time. You are truly a living testimony to having complete faith and trust in our God. Continue to lean into God's loving arms.

    Love you both,
    Bill, Haley and Chloe

  5. Troy & Alicia, you both have been in my thoughts & prayers, especially yesterday (we were concerned about your travels with the weather we were getting!), & today with the operation. We continue to pray that God gives you the strength & peace that you need to get through this. As you know, God has the ultimate control, & sometimes we can do nothing else but submit ourselves to him. As you said, there is power in prayer, & it sounds like you are feeling it- the peace that only God can give. I pray that God works through the Drs. & gives them the wisdom to properly do exactly what needs to be done. I pray that all of the cancer will be removed & that Troy will have a long, normal & healthy, cancer-free life. I'm also praying for your 2 precious boys. We love you, & are here for you!

    Love, Amy
